Kourtney Jolley

MFT-I

As a mother of three children struggling with a variety of mental health challenges (ADHD, anxiety, High-Functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder, and depression), Kourtney is uniquely equipped to understand the challenges couples and families can face. Personally, she has found it beneficial to work with counselors to construct solutions and implement goals, thus inspiring her to enter the field of Marriage and Family Therapy. She has worked with and educated children for several years and has a passion for working with those who struggle with behavioral issues.  Her  healing approach is to provide a safe place to discuss real struggles. She strives to provide an environment free of judgment and shame, with proven techniques to help clients tackle difficulties head-on.  Kourtney  believes that everyone deserves an opportunity to learn, grow, and heal.

Kourtney holds a Bachelor of Science in both Psychology and Communications. She is completing her advanced degree with a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Northern University.  She is a versatile therapist, and is able to use modalities that support mindfulness techniques, art or play therapy as well as attachment-based and solution focused approaches. Her areas of specialty include ADD/ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, parenting and relationship issues.

Kourtney loves being outside hiking, camping, skiing, fishing and boating. She enjoys reading and belongs to several book clubs. Her most significant interest is being with her husband and three sons. She genuinely enjoys people and is fascinated with how they communicate and interact. Her ultimate happiness is serving others, whether visiting friends in the elderly home, making cookies for neighbors, or having dinner with family.

Please contact Kourtney if she can assist you, your marriage, your family, or anyone in the community.
